1. General

These terms apply to all services provided by Choudhary Tour & Travels. By using our services, you accept these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Advance payment may be required
• Payment can be made via Cashfree, Razorpay, or UPI
• GST and taxes apply as per Indian law

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Full refund for cancellations 24+ hours before departure
• 50% refund within 12–24 hours
• No refund within 12 hours of travel

4. Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate details
• Vehicles must not be misused or diverted from agreed route
• Extra km charges and waiting time will apply if applicable

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or strikes
• Loss or damage to personal belongings is not our liability
• Force majeure events are beyond our control

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these terms anytime. Changes are effective upon posting on our site.
